The only thing I can say is that the graphical presentation of the phamphlet by MOFA is quite striking. A true sense of design with serious purpose of persuasion and utter resolution about Japan's claim to Takeshima. If only this much detail went in to fixing political statement on other issues of foreign policy in the Diet.
